Any idea what's this picture about?

This guy who is looking above , is having bone cancer. He know that he would lost all his hair during the therapy , so he cut off all his hair before the therapy. When he return to his school , all his classmates cut their hair too. As you can see he still smiling wide there. ^^

We are living in a world where money and power runs. Is there any true friends left ?

I knew i got some and I am very lucky i guess.
